There are only seven campgrounds and a few RV parks at Lake Murray, but they offer hundreds of sites dotted all around the lake. The campgrounds are state and privately owned, and feature many options to enjoy water sports, wildlife viewing, birding, hiking, and mountain biking trails, sports courts, and offer hookups with and without electricity and water.
